Frequently Asked Questions

We already have a COO, VP of Sales/Marketing, CTO. Will you replace them?
No. I don’t replace talent unless data proves there’s a permanent misfit. My role is to stabilize, up-level, and align your leaders so they’re rowing in the same direction. If someone’s blocking progress, we’ll surface it quickly and deal with it head-on.

We’ve tried consultants before—what makes you different?
Consultants hand you binders. I build systems.
Consultants leave you with notes. I leave you with playbooks, scripts, and dashboards your team can run tomorrow morning.

I’m fractional, but when I’m on, you have my full attention. That usually looks like 1–3 days per week embedded with your team (virtually), plus async support. You don’t get 40 hours—you get the decisions and leadership that matter most.

Are you onsite or remote?
100% remote. Here’s why that’s an advantage:

What’s your fee structure?
Scope-based. No hourly nickel-and-dime. You know the cost upfront. I price based on ROI potential—if I can’t credibly show a path to multiples of your investment, we don’t start.

What if this doesn’t work?
Then we’ll know fast. I design for quick tests and early signals. If after 30–45 days we’re not seeing traction, we don’t drag it out. You’ll still walk away with clarity, systems, and insights worth more than the check you cut.

  • Companies who want a “yes-man.” If you don’t want honest feedback, I’m not your guy.

  • Teams who won’t share real data. I can’t fix what I can’t see.
