This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by The Mangione Group ("TMG," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Accessing the Site constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site. We will update the "Effective Date" above and, where required, provide notice. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

• Ownership: The Site and all materials (text, graphics, logos, icons, software, etc.) are the property of TMG or our licensors and are protected by IP laws.
• Our Limited License to You: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal, lawful, non-commercial evaluation of our services. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without authorization.
• Your License to Us: By submitting User Content (forms, emails, testimonials), you grant TMG a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, host, and display that content to operate and market our services.

• Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site (16 in the EEA/UK).
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to violate laws, scrape or harvest data via bots, interfere with Site security, or use the Site to send spam or malware. We may suspend access for violations.

• No Professional Advice: TMG provides fractional marketing services. Site content is for informational purposes only and does not create a client relationship or constitute professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee outcomes (e.g., revenue lift, close rates). Case studies represent specific experiences; results vary.
• "As Is" Basis: The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Site may link to third-party tools (analytics, platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third parties. Your participation in dealings with third-party vendors is solely between you and that third party.

• Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us for Site access in the last 12 months.

• Arbitration: Any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York, NY.
• Class-Action Waiver: All claims must be brought in an individual capacity, not as a class or representative action. You and TMG waive any right to a jury trial.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing us with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
